NEPIP Reflexology

NeuroEndoPyschoImmunoPody (NEPIP) - An advanced treatment that works the feet simultaneously in order to activate the immune, endocrine and nervous system. Effective in tackling high stress on the body and the mind (such as PTSD), especially if you also have migraines, hormone imbalances or digestive issues.

NEPIP works on the scientific principle PNI (Psychoneuroimmunology).  It is has specific reflexes that are worked at the same time on both feet whilst you are guided through some visualisation & relaxation techniques.

You will embark on this journey with me on a 7 week programme, to aid unblocking of all 7 chakras.  It is a structured programme to help you to unravel the source of your anxieties or unhealed past trauma through affirmations, meditation and chakra unblocking.  You will need to make time in between our weekly sessions through journaling, yogi poses, or  E.F.T/tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to prepare you for the following weeks journey.

I ask all new clients to ensure if they have family or counselling support outside of our sessions as a good support system is vital to embark on this crucial journey to self acceptance and self healing.  Support outside of the NEPIP sessions (Psychotherapist, counsellor, GP or family) is imperative and I will not be able to accept you onto this programme without this being in place before you start. 

 

I realise the increased costs for everyone including myself and to ensure as many people who need this service can access it, I have lowered my prices to reflect this and include your 6th and 7th sessions at half price. I look forward to joining you on your path to freedom..
